Falnoa is an independent engineering company based in Lisbon, founded in 2025. No bloat, no committees — just focused engineering across AI, drones, and cybersecurity.

Three products shipped in the first year. One acquired. The approach is simple: understand the problem deeply, build the smallest thing that solves it, measure the outcome, then iterate or discard.

Built Kenvy from zero to acquisition. Believes great engineering is 80% thinking and 20% typing — and that the best system is the one you can explain in one sentence.

Every Falnoa system is hardened from day one. Zero-trust isn't a feature — it's how we design. Sentinel-7 exists because we needed it ourselves first.
