## How it works

- **Collected.** Survey answers and comments are gathered when the survey closes.
- **Grouped.** Comments are grouped into themes such as workload, tools or management.
- **Compared.** It compares with the previous survey and with the rest of the company.
- **Summarised.** Each team lead gets a short summary. Small groups are merged so nobody can be identified.

## Where a person decides

Comments that suggest a serious problem, such as harassment, go to a named person in HR the same day.
